Backing up on CDR

I would like to make a backup of all EXCEL and WORD files created in the
last 4 months. In addition, to a computer crash, I also worry about a
computer theft. If possible, I would like it to keep these files in the
same folders and subfolders as they're in, on my hard drive. Is there a way
to do this relatively simply?

Thanks
Grace
