RE: Need program or tool that delete files or dir that Win XP won'

Nope even safe mode wouldn't work, even tried recovery console. In recovery console I kept getting Access denied but I was logged in as admin so I should of been able to delete it. Im not sure whats going on how can a directory be that protected.
