MVPs are sometimes RUDE. Just because they are MVPs that does not make them
better than some of the people who post answers here. Dont get discouraged.
The problem is that the problem you are having is not so easy to correct.
Why is your system restore not working? Does it give you an error of some
kind?
Was your computer working correctly before some time?
Do you remember what happened when it started having problems?
