If the online scan can find them, can it also delete them?
If not, look at the names of all of those files and do a search for them,
then delete them manually. If the system does not allow you to perform this
because you get a "File in use" (not those exact words) prompt, then you
will have to perform the deletions while in Safe Mode, but be sure you write
down these names so you can search again while in Safe Mode (since you won't
be able to access the net while in that mode.
