When I try to open my main website on my XP IIS it says at first "could not
find a webserver at "kenny-xp"
I tried reinstalling the IIS on XP but I still get the same errors.
The second time I try openeing me site I get " the server cannot complete
your request..."
The event viewer says:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: W3SVC
Event Category: None
Event ID: 36
Date: 7/6/2004
Time: 11:13:39 рм
User: N/A
Computer: KENNY-XP
Description:
The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC'. The error was 'The
specified metadata was not found.
'.

I have looked on google for previous similar problems but none seems to
solve this issue correctly!

When I try to create a NEW WEB in frontpage I get:
THe Web server at http://kenny-xp does not appear to have the windows
sharepoint services installed

I have seen this article http://www.iisfaq.com/Default.aspx?tabid=3095
but when I try to run Synciwam.vbs I get an error saying:
Error: 1AD: activeX component cant create object
