I am a bit confused, but I'll try...
Use Search (Start -> Search -> For Files And Folders)
Enter *.jpg in the first field (don't forget to select all your drives in Look In dropdown).
This should show you all JPG files.
Sort by Name (click Name column).
Now you should see all duplicates grouped together.
Similarly you could search for other files, and sort using other criteria.
