Installing Front Page 2003 on a different drive is not your problem.

I suspect that you are trying to use Picture Manager as a stand alone
application. The error message is telling you that you cannot use Picture
Manager as a stand alone application unless you have a 2003 version of one
of the applications listed in the error message installed.

Microsoft Picture Manager is new to Office 2003. I suspect that Front Page
2003 installed Picture Manager to use some of its capability from within
Front Page 2003 not for use as a stand alone application.

As I have both Office 2003 and Front Page 2003 installed I cannot verify
what I suspect. However, when I run Picture Manager as a stand alone
application, one of its features is to export a picture to one of the
programs you list.

In addition to a Front Page newsgroup, you may want to try
microsoft.public.office.misc .
