Try disabling your antivirus software before attempting to install Office.

| Just purchased a new desktop with Windows XP home edition pre-loaded. All attempts to install Office 97 -
Pro produce the following error message: \setup.exe in not a valid Win 32 application. As Office 97 meets my
needs I am reluctant to fork over the $300. for the XP version of office. Am I stuck or is there some way to
get past this error message and load Office 97?

| Thanks.
