Like everything there are two sides. In most cases I find people trying
to use IR or Radio type keyboards that call to report problems with
their systems/mouse/keyboard more frequently than people with wired
keyboards/mice.

I had one chap that got wireless everything and had no end to problems.
Once we got rid of the logitec wireless keyboard life got easy. It's not
always the keyboard, it can be the drivers, and often is.
