Wesley, thanks for the reply. It seems that the PowerToys for XP made
some changes. I finally figured out the problem... after posting to
the newsgroup. Hey, I'm old. LOL
Under the 'Explorer' section, the only box that needs to
be checked is 'maintain document history'. The 'allow recent documents
on start menu,is just that. It controls whether you will see the My
Documents option on the actual Start Menu.
