Everytime I try to get online on my home computer...I get an error box stating that windows has encountered a problem and needs to shut down immediately. Any ideas why? Sometimes, I am able to surf the net if I go to the search button from the start menu and work from there. I am able to chat on my yahoo messenger as well. I have ran updates and security protection. I have no viruses. I have cleaned up everything that I know how to clean up. Please help...
