I have the exact same problem. tcpsvcs.exe is running in my processes
and it's taking up 99 cpu and the cpu usage is 100%. I have been
looking around and people have simmilar problems but not the same. Some
say it's the printer but I deleted all printer related stuff on my
computer and took off my printer and it didn't touch the problem. I can
end the tcpsvcs process the task manager, and the computer is fine, but
I don't want to have to do that every time I start my computer. Could
someone please help, I don't know what else to do...
