I have the exact same problem...it occurs only on the secondary user account on XP (my administrative user account boots fine, no error message). However, the code field in the error message is different than bigbopgroove reported. Mine says 8007045A

Does anybody have a solution? Please help!

Here is the complete message whenever logging in to the user account:
error: could not create object named "WScript.shell"
script: c:\programfiles\support.com\client\lserver\server.vbs
line:23
char:1
code: 8007045A
source: WScript.CreateObject

Thanks for any input!
