I am trying to support XP Pro workstations over our
office LAN but cannot logon to Users' PC without forcing
a logoff ie. I cannot seem to establish a concurrent
sessions whereby the User can follow what I'm doing on
screen, whilst I am logged on as that User (or
as 'Administrator')

Is this possible to achieve - or is it a limitation of
Remote Desktop?

Any help appreciated.
