Everything's wrong...

Hi. Can somebody please help me?
I have a sony vaio frv27. and it's relatively new. But it's been having so many problems... Well, it won't let me watch dvd's or listen to cd's without freezing after 15 minutes. And the message: LOW VIRTUAL MEMORY will pop up. And it won't shut down. So i'll turn it off. And when turned on it won't scan for damages for not shutting down properly. Why does that happen?!?! It didn't do that in the first month.
And it won't connect to the internet anymore. It'll say it did, but the webpages will not open. With dial up, it'll connect after many trys. With cable, it won't connect at all....
Should I get this fixed with a professional? Or is this easy to be fixed. I scanned my computer for viruses. It found 2. How do I know it's been deleted properly?????
Please help me...
