I appreciate your post and the links. I have seen 3 of them, and checked
out the 4th. None of them really apply to my situation, unfortunately.

It seems clear that NAV 2004 did something during the Upgrade, so if the
problem persists, I'll likely have to completely uninstall it, make sure the
problem is resolved, and then try a re-install.

I was curious to see if this occurrence had been reported by others,
hopefully with some simpler fix, but it looks like I'll end up having to go
the uninstall/reinstall route.

But I do appreciate your time and post.
