Hello,
Intermittently I've been getting this box coming up after boot up.
( Retrieval of "Thotkey" failed
Error Code - 0x00031402, 0x00000002 )
This is a Toshiba Satellite laptop.
I've Googled and researched my little limited techie brain as far as it will
take me with still no clue as to what this is, what it does or what to do to
get rid of it???
I've run my Norton AV and have no viruses.
I've cleaned up everything that Spybot S & D identified as a nasty pest.
I'm limited out on what to do now.
Can anyone help me or direct me to help on this issue?
