You are correct -- Yahoo is not a part of Windows XP. Feel free to contact
Yahoo techical support for assistance in solving a problem with their
product.
You are also correct that it is not nice to tell someone not to install a
software package -- it is equally not nice to ask for assistance with a
Yahoo problem in a Windows XP newsgroup.
If you don't want to hear snippy comments, don't drive your Chevrolet into a
Ford dealer and ask for free warranty work.
