Hi,
Knowing the name of the .dll file that is problematic may help in finding a
resolution. In the meantime, try two things:
1) For the crossword problem, you likely have a temporary internet file
problem. Go to the control panel/internet options/general tab and click on
"delete files". Also check settings and make sure that you are set to update
the page each time you visit it.
2) Start/run "sfc /scannow" and allow the system file checker to verify the
integrity of the system file set. You may be prompted to insert your WinXP
CD for this process, or need to know where the I386 folder is on your hard
drive as well as the ServicePackFiles folder (for a system with SP1
installed on it).
