Hello:

I am running XP Pro and I recently started experiencing this nasty
problem. When ever I start My Computer, Control Panel or Windows
Explorer my task bar disappears and nothing else occurs. I went into
the event log and I found an informational message that explorer.exe
terminated its shell session. I have no idea as to why this is
happening. I have surfed through several user groups trying to get a
viable solution to this problem. Please let me know if you have any
input on diagnosing and or solving this issue.

Thanks,
Tom
