I am using a HP scanjet 5490c + hp precisionscan pro 3.13
Under administrator that work well in all modes, under any other user account scanning as an image is OK but the ocr mode fail, as the programme is not authorised to open any file.
This really frustrating as there is likely a simple setup problem.
