If you have Nero, try to delete them using the Nero browser.

Otherwise, open a command prompt (Run > Start > cmd) change to the
folder where the file is, open task manager and end explorer.exe with
it.
in the command prompt tye del file_name.extension
Open a new task in task manager > Explorer.exe
