Hi,
To fix this problem, perform online virus scan and install the adaware
program.
You can perform online virus scan using the following URL:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
You can download and install third party pop-up killer software to remove
pop-up advertisements. The following Web site offers a free download called
Internet Organizer Pro 2.1:
http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/3000-2381-10111435.html
Alternatively, you can also download and install the Ad-Aware spyware
removal utility from the following Web site:

I then downloaded it from a site, and placed it in the Windows folder, yet the problem persists. Anyone who can help. Thanks a bunch. Email me if you can with the answer to the problem.
