Windows clock Problem

I have notice one day that my clock won,t show the correct day, but the time
is correct ( PM/ AM ) "here is an example. Today is Wed. March 31 2004 8:00
PM. so i go to bed for the night, but when i wake up in the moring and check
the clock it has,, Wed March 31 2004 7:00 AM. Can any one tell me how to fix
this. i already try to adjust the time zone but it did not work.
