explorer error reporting - bridge.dll

Can anyone help with the solution to the windows explorer error reporting. The error signature states:-

Appname: explorer.exe Appver: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: bridge.dll ModVer: 1.0.0.116 Offset: 00006044
