Hi

Lingvo Version 5.0a 1989-1997 (www.bitsoft.ru) The company is traditionally
Russian, so ignore all emails !!

Works perfectly under XP Pro on my user/admin side of the pc.

I tried running it under 98 conditions on the other users, but still no
good.

It will run on other users if I run it as another user, ...me, but then it
wants my password all the time, and I cant obviously, save that so it just
runs.

The shortcut is to "Lingvo.exe" in program files. Under my use name and in
windows explorer, double clicking this will, as expected, execute the
programme.

The folder Lingvo is in has been made "share" in an attempt to make this
work.

I even tried deleting the whole programme, gave my users account admin
status, re-installed the prog, and created a shortcut. But as soon as admin
status is removed, users cannot execute the programme.

I've sent the fault a hundred times to M/soft, but no reply.
