Can someone please offer assistance re getting a shortcut to work in both
user names on XP Pro.

I am the administrator, and it works, but my wife cannot log on and use the
program.

It will however work if I open it as a different user, e.g., me.

Seems a bit of advice on users would be well received as help is sending me
in circles
