Content Advisor doesnt work

Hi,

I have set up Content Advisor on my computer, but it doesnt work, I found a .inf file that I belive is causing the problem. I have tried erasing the list of approaved sites, disabling and enabling the content advisor, but it doesnt work

any help would be appreciated!!
