The "friendly name" for an account and the name of its underlying folder
match at the time of creation. As you have found out, renaming an account
changes only the "friendly name" that shows on the Welcome Screen, Start
Menu, etc.
You will need to create a new account using the name that you want
displayed. The folder will be created the first time the account is logged
on to. Transfer your preferences and data to the new account.
