Thanks for the info, but I don't think I was clear enough. Let's say your name is Roger Jones and you log onto this laptop for the first time. In Documents and Settings, under your Roger Jones profile, you would not have a MY Documents folder. You would have a folder called SMcknight's Documents, and although you could rename it to RJones Documents, you could not rename it to My Documents (even with administrator permissions). Then the first time you run Word or Outlook and it installs for you, it would say the product was licensed to SMcknight. I'm not so concerned about the license issue but the My Documents issue I would like to resolve. The settings in the Default User profile seem to have been changed in some way that won't allow me to change them back in Outlook, so I'm wondering if there's a particular key or keys in the registry.
