When I logged on the first time, it created for me a "[co-worker's name] Documents" folder instead of calling it My Documents. When I look at the Default User account folders under Documents and Settings, there is no "My Documents" - it is called "[co-worker's name] Documents" and under that is "[co-worker's name] Pictures", etc. I can't rename these back to My Documents - I can type it in but when I press Enter, it reverts back to the co-worker's name.
You could create a new account with your name. Then log in using the
administrator account, go to My Computer, right-click then properties
> Advanced options > User profiles. Copy the co-workers account to
your own.
After you have checked that all data and settings were transferred
correctly, then you can erase the co-worker's account.
It is *important* that you check that all data and settings are OK
before you erase the account, because once you do this you can't get
them back.
Good luck, hope this helps
