First of all, you can't just "re-create" these folders. They're specialized
Windows folders installed with the operating system. What I would have done
as soon as I noticed this problem is a System Restore. This is the type of
issue that SR is made for! Since you indicated that this occurred last week,
you can probably still do one successfully, back to a restore point prior to
the time you noticed the problem.
