One, the mail server's host name will not be "smpt". It may contain "smtp"
(not the change in position of the last 2 letters) but will also include a
domain. So the outbound mail server should have a hostname of
smtp.domain.com, where domain.com is your ISP. You never mentioned your ISP
so there is no way for anyone to give you specific help on using their mail
servers.
Look at your ISP's home page and check if their online help tells you the
correct IP name name to specify for their mail server hosts. Otherwise, and
especially since you are paying them, call up your ISP's help desk and ask.
