I recently installed windows xp on a new computer. When I am trying to load my printer it tells me the spooling service is off and asks if i want to start it I tell it yes and then nothing I have gone in and check in the conf and it says it is stopped and wont let me start it tells ne rpc server unavailable any sugestions
