thats what i got usind the cmd prompt
as for the problem its still present i have the n/w connection icon in my taskbar and i can see that my computer is tryin to send the packets but there is no packets coming also after this disconnection takes place normally after 15-20 mins the connection gets reestablished but its bcomin more of a nuisance
and i am waiting for the engineer to come and check at my place
the dude present on the tech support side is trying to pin the blame on my card and is askin me to change it
but i still insisted that the engineer come and check it out so he is goin to take a further 4-5 days to come
can u plz help me out
