Cannot login as administrator

I changed my usual login account to 'limited" and now cannot get back to a
point where I can login as an administrator. There is (or were) an
additional account (actually 2, the original administrator and another
account I created) without passwords which are admiinsitrator accounts but
they do not appear at login, only the limited account appears. When I go to
control panel, user accounts and "run as" only "ASPNET" appears and that
won't allow me to login. It is not a question of a forgotten password but
rather an inability to get a chance to login as an administrator.
