If it is a retail CD, call MS at 1-800-426-9400
If this was an OEM version being sold by a company that has gone out of
business, then you may be out of luck. Support for these distributions is
from the vendor. I would call the above number anyways, you've got nothing
to lose. They may be able to track who (or if anyone) took over support for
that vendor. Worst that can happen is nothing.
