svchost.exe

My computer is running at 100% CPU Usage. I have cleaned my machine of viruses and have ad aware and have used that to clean as well. Still my computer is running at 100% Usage....Under processes in Task manager one of the SVCHOST.EXE had a value of 99 Under the CPU column...I imagine that is why my machine is running slowly...if so, how could I go about fixing this and if not...what could the problem be..and how could I fix it?
