My Hardware configuration is:
Gigabyte X38-DS5 Mainboard
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.66 GHz 6 MB L2 Cache
Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT
Kingston 2*2 Gb ram
WD 1 TB HDD

My problem is, i have installed Windows XP Pro on my system and the
drivers but Windows Xp Pro don't recognises the CPU as is i'm going to
the
device manager and open the cpu section there writes 4 times "Intel CPU"
On the system properties General section writes "Intel Pentium III Xeon
Processor 2,67 GHz"
Is there any system compatibility with xp pro and the cpu or another
hardware?
Thanks...
Your system reports correctly.

There should be 4 entries under processor, one for each of the 4 cores of
the CPU.
But it should /not/ be reported as a Intel Pentium III Xeon as. I
believe. the OP states. Let's hope the OP posts a follow-up with the
drivers that were loaded.

It would rather depend on precisely what processor the OP has. Since he
didn't state this, further speculation would be pointless. I would agree
though that the reported description does seem odd but if the PC works OK
where's the problem?

My read from the above is that a mobo that's LGA775 socketed in no way
should be identified as having an Intel Pentium III Xeon, but only as
a Intel Core 2 Quad and Core 2 Duo. What might I have missed?

The problem might arise that the richer instruction set with NetBurst
and optimization of a Intel Core 2 Quad and Core 2 Duo would not be
attempted and therefore operate in an unfortunate crippled mode of a
lesser processor.
