As an addendum, if the master is a Western Digital, and, is jumpered to
master alone; it must be jumpered to master w/slave for the slave to be
"seen".

Is the first drive set as Master or is it set as CS(cable select)?? If CS,
the slave has tobe that too.
Does diskmanager see the disk? If so, in siskmanager it needs tobe
partitioned and formatted...
(diskmanager = Start->Run = diskmgmt.msc )

I added a 2nd HD for storage.
I put it on the middle of the cable.
Set the jumper to Slave.
The drive is running but the PC does not see it.
When the PC is booting i see it say Primary HD & Secondary HD
Is there something i need to change in the bios?
