Hello,

I have both the headset and the webcam, they work fine separatly.

I connect them both,
then go into MSN to set my audio video preferences
I can select and test the sound settings for input & output for the ZX-6000
When I select the VX-1000 for the camera the system freezes... till I
unplug the webcam.

Also when I have both the headset and the webcam connected the webcam
outputs a totally black image.

I use lifecam 1.4 and lifechat 1.0, system windows XP with latests updates.

I haven't been able to use them together since I bouth it in december :(
Can anybody help me pease?

I have the same problem by justr using the VX-1000 webcam.
Microsoft recommended to contact the technical support team of Microsoft
LifeCam VX-1000 for further assistance by visiting the below web link:
http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?&c1=502&gprid=11955
.. I tried that - the site claims that you get 90 days FREE support from the
first time you contact them, but of course, when you start with the email
request you get immediately directed to "payment".
