Working on Power Supply Question

Hi:
Power Supply of one of PCs is now dead, as seeing nothing happened even numerous tries by asking questions on other MS Group.

Then, I'm thinking of replace 'Power Supply.' The PC with XP is about
5 years old with XP Home Edition made by HP.

My question is; Replacing Power-Supply is NOT really hard for a novice like me who only
had experience Ram-expansion by opening the PC-case?

Any other suggestions and advices would be truly appreciated.
