Missing Multimedia Audio Controller

HELP!!
i just rebooted my computer and installed windows xp, like the most posts
i've read, i am also having an yellow question mark next to the multimedia
audio controller and video controller (VGA compatible)
My Device instance id is
PCI\VEN_1039&DEV_7012&SUBSYS_53321462&REV_A0\3&61AAA01&0&17

is there anything else you guys need to determine the manufacturer? what
should i do??
