I had a friend of mine take a look at this and we both eventually came to the
conclusion that apparently my bios on my board was programmed wrong. I had to
flash the bios to resolve the problom.
I still cant figure out how i got drivers in there to begine with, anyway i
appreciate the feedback, everythings alright now.

Does your BIOS see the NIC? Is it enabled in BIOS?
