RE: Error Code 22 - Uninstalled Drivers for MP3 Player

Hello,

Thank you for your response. I reloaded the drivers, but somehow it still
didn't work. It's like I'm going in a circle...reinstalling and rebooting,
just to reinstall the drivers again. I've even reinstalled it with the disk
that was provided with my player to no avail.

Reload your drivers, as it appears something has corrupted the install.

Hello,

I'm having issues with XP recognizing my Creative Zen MicroPhoto player.
When I initially installed it, I didn't have any problems whatsover...until
yesterday. However, when I tried to sync my player with Windows Media 11 it
shows that the player is not connect, which it is because of the familiar
"tone" it makes.

I uninstalled the player and reinstalled it and it comes up with the same
error message. It now calls it a MTP Player and not Creative. More have
happened prior to this error code (yesterday it error 31 "This device is not
working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this
device).

As you can see, it's gone from bad to worse. Any suggestions, short of
getting a new MP3 player?

If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you
in advance for your help.
