I suspect then you will need to talk to tech support for your TV and also the keyboard vendor tech. That will be the only way to get then to sync up if that is your aim.

Obvious and effective; but with unacceptable outcomes. I still need direct IR control over my TV.
Additionally, among the features listed for the keyboard is the ability to directly control the TV. These features would be lost if I defeated the ability of the TV to receive IR commands.

When I attempt to use my "Remote Keyboard for Windows XP Media Center Edition," the IR signal from the keyboard also seems to drive my TV, which goes completely crazy. I have been unable to find any documentation on this issue or any workarounds. The keyboard sits unused and useless on a closet shelf.
Can anyone on this forum help me with this?
Thanks!
