Thanks guys. Apparently MSN turned down my Wave volume to it's lowest,
which
in conclusion made nothing come out of the speakers. Got it, without
having
to do all that stuff with BIOS, risk of destroying my computer! ^^

Thanks again.

Check that the correct sound card is selected. Click on Volume and ensure
that master and wave is not muted.

Hey all, I'm new around here, because... well... I need some help!

Right, to the point... My sound was working perfectly fine... I was on
the
computer listening to music and such.

So I'm on MSN and someone asks me if they can test their webcam. So I
agree,
and see it's working and such. When it was on, I heard loud static, and
it
hurt my ears so I closed the window. Anyways, after that there was no
sound
at all.

I had checked that all drivers were working, it was unmuted, volume was
up
ect. and checked the help wizards before posting here. There's nothing
wrong
with my speakers or any of my drivers or anything, but I cannot hear
sound.

I also used system restore but there was nothing changed...

I'm thinking MSN pathed sounds differently or something after it was
used.... Can someone please help me fix my sound?
