Hy Guillaume,
Have you found out what the problem is yet ?

I have the same problem on the same model.
How do go about taking out the hard drive ?

I need to transfer my data on it.
My email is auto7890@xxxxxxxxx

when I red the manual it came with, all it said was that the hard drive is held in
with one screw, but on my one it has 2 screws holding the plastic cover.
When I removed this cover ,I see that the hdd is under a metal housing.
I can not see what is holding this metal housing in so tight, I tried pushing it with a screwdriver, but it will not budge. Please can u tell me how to remove the hard drive
