If it is showing in device manager, uninstall it from there and reboot, if
that doesn't work remove both CD drives and reboot, if it is still showing
try removing all instances in safe mode..

I have an extra CD Drive Indicated under "My Computer" & listed under
"Devices with removable storage." Anyone know how to get rid of this?
