Hi all,
my computer is getting clogged up with games, as i only have 80gb memory.
If
i were to buy an external hard drive would it increase the computer memory
or
just act as a huge removable disk? And would i be able to use the memory
to
intall games on?

Josh:
While it's a desirable thing to have an external HDD available for
backup/storage purposes, what you really need to run your games is a larger
internal HDD. So consider purchasing a large-capacity hard drive and
possibly purchase a USB external enclosure to house your present 80 GB HDD.
If you purchase a retail boxed version of a HDD it will come with a disk
copying program which you can use to copy the contents of your present 80 GB
HDD to the new larger HDD. This program is also generally available for
download from the manufacturer's website.
